The Highland Lakes Squadron of the Commemorative Air Force is hosting an airshow in Burnet, Tx. at Kate Craddock Field. Historic aircraft rides including the C-47 'That's All Brother' and the C-45 Lone Star Lady. The airshow is being held Saturday, March 15th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets are $20 presale and $25 at the gate. The airport is located at 2302 South Water St. Burnet, TX. 78611 just north of Marble Falls on Hwy 281.
Be part of history and attend a patriotic evening under the stars at the Grand Opening of the National Medal of Honor Museum. Together, we’ll celebrate the valor, courage, and sacrifices of Medal of Honor Recipients and the 40 million Americans who have served in the United States Armed Forces. It will also celebrate YOU—because, with the opening of this landmark Museum, you’ll discover just how much you have in common with our nation’s greatest heroes. Historic green machines fit perfectly in DFW's family-friendly St. Paddy's festival and Pickle Parade. Join the Pickle Queens®, the Pickle Protectors and the Pickle Posse in historic downtown Mansfield, the Pickle Capital of Texas and see what everyone is talking about! Parade is to be held Saturday, March 22nd at 1 p.m. in Mansfield. The Chapter is already registered to participate in this parade. The Vintage Flying Museum at Fort Worth Meacham Field is hosting a pancake breakfast on Saturday, March 22 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. The museum is located at 505 NW 38th St., Fort Worth, TX 76106. Meacham Field is celebrating 100 years of operations this year.

The Museum of the American G.I. in College is hosting a Living History Weekend on March 22 -23, 2025! Visitors will view Living History Displays, witness the roar of tanks in our WWII ETO and PTO Skirmishes, step back in history as they view WWI skirmishes, see History in Action during our Vietnam Era Skirmish and Flame Thrower demonstration, and view historic military vehicles. There will even be a Military Swap Meet. This family-friendly event is sure to have something for everyone!

It’s the 2nd annual Car, Truck & Bike show on Saturday, April 19, 2025 from 10am to 1pm at Godley Middle School located at 9401 State Highway 171 in Godley. Vehicle registration is 9am-11am*(No preregistration) All vehicles are welcome to enter whether it has a motor or not, so if you have a scooter or a pedal car, bring it out and show it off. Entrance Fee is $30.
The 2nd Annual Brotherhood for the Fallen Car Show. Held at the Heritage Church of Christ at 4201 Heritage Trace Pkwy. in north Fort Worth. This will be Saturday, April 19th with set up at 8 a.m. Pre-registration is $25 and day of is $30. Car show closes out at 2 p.m. Families welcome. The Brotherhood for the Fallen is a non-profit organization that sends local officers to first responder funerals in the U.S. as a show of solidarity and support.

Hops and Props is the annual craft beer tasting festival at the Fort Worth Aviation Museum. This is located at the south end of Meacham Field at 3300 Ross Ave. in Fort Worth. This will be held Saturday, April 26th from noon to 5 p.m. They feature local brewers, live music, food, family-friendly vendors, airplane rides, games, activities, and fun. This is their annual in-person fundraiser. Check out the aircraft and other items on display.
Experience Warbird Weekend on May 10 and 11, 2025 (10 a.m. - 4 p.m.) at the Commemorative Air Force Henry B. Tippie National Aviation Education Center (NAEC) in Dallas, TX. (Red Bird Airport on Hwy 67). This event will take you back in time to see vintage aircraft and vehicles up close. Some legendary aircraft on display include the B-29 FIFI, B-24 Diamond Lil, F6F Hellcat Minsi III, A6M3 Zero, AT-6 Nella, P-51 Gunfighter, Pt-13 Stearman and C-45 Bucket of Bolts. In addition to the aircraft, there will be a vintage car show, and hands-on activities including riveting panels, model airplanes, flight areas, food trucks, and more.
